me and my friends stayed in the pillo rooms and we were highly unsatisfied the room was filthy and boiling hot my friend was really unwell due to her room being so hot and the fan provided was blowing no air at all, would not recommend at all

Really lovely property, clean and modern. Parking was on roadside which was okay but had expected private parking. Contact with Pillo before travel was excellent but unable to speak to anyone during stay which was limited to voicemail with no follow-up. However on my return Pillo were very helpful and apologetic. Would love to stay there again.

Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher.

Cleanliness could be better

On arrival the property was not as clean as I would expect, crumbs all over the sofas, floor dirty. Glassware was cracked so unusable, apart from that a lovely little apartment.

No dish sponge, hand towel or tissue. No bathroom hand wash, had to use soap bar instead. No hose spray for additional cleaning after use of toilet for muslim families.

I tried contacting the compant when we got the the apartment because we couldnt find the tv remote anywhere. Was then told thay they only work monday to friday and i checked in on a friday and left on the sunday sohad to just sit in silence the whole time because they cant be bothered replying on weekends. The was also a few damages to the property when we entered and there was also a missing utensil which we took note of and took pictures of every inch of the property so they cant say he had done it.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with good facilities. Happy to recommend this for anyone needing a smart, clean place. Has all cooking facilities but we didnt cook. Nice touch to have teabags and coffee sachets but very frustrating not to have any milk sachets. Meant i had to go hunting for a shop for milk. Pillo- do consider adding little lastic pots or sachets like you get in McDonalds. Would save tired travellers a little stress. Other than thta, all positive.

Not the best start

Our stay was good, however when we arrived at the property a skylight window had been left open and the bedroom was flooded. I did find a mop and bucket and mopped the water up. I contacted pillo rooms who sent a housekeeper out to make sure it was cleaned up.

No bedroom doors and unexpected charge

Not really suitable for an aparthotel. The bedrooms have no doors, so staying with friends is not possible. When we messaged them asking where the door was they replied stating that there were no bedroom doors in any photos so we shouldn't expect them, haha. They also make you pay a charge before they give you check-in details, and the T's and C's are very intimidating with extra charges and just items you would'nt expect from booking on hotels.com

Shower facility was unacceptable, water pressure was too weak… but the and the hanger was broken which could not hold the shower Property condition is so far ok, require proper maintenance

Nicely kitted out apartment. Unfortunately, for us the apartment had too much road noise so we only stayed 1 of the 2 nights booked. Parking "Free uncovered self-parking on site", means pot luck on availability on the street.

Could not get into the apartment

Booked with hotel.com never received the location for the key when trying ti get hold of someone no one to get hold of the number they provided goes to voice mail In the process of getting a refund Will use them again

Not how it looks online

When we reached it was a bit of a nightmare, we saw piss on the toilet seats and the property had just been cleaned. We contacted the operator they said someone would come over and clean it. No one came for the 3 days we stayed over. We were told there would be cleaning products there was nothing besides liquid and a sponge, how can you wipe down the worktops after using them. Luckily I brought my own antibacterial wipes on the safe side. The property is quite old with a lot of old bad and broken furniture which needs replacing especially the beds the springs have come off. The kitchen area, and heating were good but could do we renovation. The TV is outdated and pots and pans I would not use as they are very old, dirty and rusty, luckily I brought my own. Overall the rooms and furnitures need to be renovated.

Stayed in room 2A. It was OK for 3 nights but i wouldn't want to stay there l longer. Pros: - Clean - Kitchen well equipped so can cook own food - Bedroom and living room big - Close to anchorage tram stop and buses for access to manchester. - Wifi was excellent - Comfortable beds Cons: - Heater is difficult to adjust. Room was either boiling or freezing. - Bathroom was freezing. Floor was even colder. - Shower head was crap and provided poor flow - Hot water stops working after 5 ninutes or so. Very annoying when it happens in the shower. - Bathroom tap has to be wound completely forward and backward to turn water on and off. Very irritating. - With the sofa bed out, the glass table blocks access to the bathroom. We hit our legs on this a few times and it hurt like hell. -TV arial doesnt work. Only youtube app worked on TV. Overall, its OK but unless it was the only cheap room in manchester I probably wouldn't stay again. However if these defects are addressed it would make the place much better and I would stay again.

The sofa bed was damaged and couldn't be used, so had to sleep on the thin mattress on the floor. The next day, I contacted the Pillo Rooms and they provided a proper mattress, and the sofa was to be replaced at a later date. An uncomfortable first night, but they did react quickly the next day. The offer of a refund for the first night, however, did not materialise!

Apparemment a 35m a pieds de old trafford Un arrêt de bus quasiment devant qui vous emmène dans le centre de manchester rapidement Nous avons récupéré nos clefs dans un coffre car il n y a pas de réception Je n ai pas l habitude de faire comme cela , mais tout a été tres facile et tres bien expliqué L appartement était propre Équipé d une cuisine Nous avons apprécié d avoir du café et du thé Je conseil ce logement sans hésiter

Disappointing

Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area.

La experiencia en pillo rooms fue nefasta. El apartamento de 4 adultos no era de 4, el sofá era enano y colchón super fino, habia mucho ruido dentro, como de ventilación, la tapa del vater estaba rota y habia humedades. Pedí un reembolso aportando pruebas y el alojamiento me negó todo
