We had a wonderful stay at Artyzen Habitat Suzhou and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the hotel team. Due to an unexpected flight delay, I was unable to stay the first night of my three-night booking, and I was very grateful that the hotel kindly refunded the first night. This level of understanding and flexibility really made a difference. Throughout our stay, the service was consistently excellent. The room cleaning service in particular was outstanding—our room was always spotless, well organized, and very comfortable. The breakfast options were also great, with a good variety to choose from. We especially enjoyed the Suzhou noodles, which were delicious and a highlight of our mornings. Overall, Artyzen Habitat Suzhou exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful service, cleanliness, and dining experience. We even extended our stay after the initial booking and highly recommend it to others visiting Suzhou.
