This property is BEAUTIFUL along with the services. I can honestly say that Benny from transportation, ETA from the Spa, I can’t remember all of the staff names because it’s too many to name. Everyone was so welcoming from the beginning to the end. The food was AMAZING! The only thing that wasn’t offered was the VIP room upgrade and I only believe that every hotel will mention that the free upgrade isn’t available only because they rather keep those rooms open to receive revenue other than giving it away. Which is ok, the room we had was still nice, on my next trip to this location, I’ll just book that “ Free upgrade room” 😊 The Floating breakfast was really really nice! Thanks to the crew that put that together! I also, enjoyed the birthday song with the cake! Thanks for coming up to the room and singing happy birthday to her, this really made her happy along with myself🤗 I truly want to thank the Entire Hotel Ning Resort crew for the WONDERFUL experience and for that I WILL be returning with the rest of my family next year. The location was a long way out of Ubud and the resort would not allow any taxis or ride shares to come to pick you up. They would drive you into Ubud for four times what a taxi would cost if you didn't want to go at the Ltd times that they had a shuttle. The food was very average, the staff were lovely but the resort has virtually no amenities and there is nothing to do and it is obviously very expensive to get into town from there. Most Taxis were reluctant to take you out back to the resort from Ubud because of the road getting there. I would not recommend staying here at all.

However, online taxis like Grab or Gojek cannot enter the neighborhood, so be prepared for a short 10-minute walk to reach a pickup point. The staff were exceptional—friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a delightful touch. The pool is on the smaller side but still lovely and well-maintained, providing a nice spot to unwind.
