The Good: Most rooms have a balcony with views. Clean rooms/linens Breakfast good - made to order The Bad: Staff speak no English and lack customer service training No wifi in rooms - only in lobby Room TVs not connected to wifi, cable or satellite - useless! Took 10 minutes to get hot water flowing 4 floors, no elevator Breakfast only - must go down into town for dinner

I could see the sea from my balcony and the view from the restaurant where I took my breakfast was astonishing. The staff was very kind, friendly and accommodating. However I wonder how are the staff working conditions. The receptionist who checked in me in the evening was cleaning the small pool next morning, the ladies who prepared and served me my breakfast were later on cleaning the rooms. So, although I liked hotel and its location I am not happy about the working conditions of their staff that should be improved.

The place felt abandoned. It seemed to me they attempted to make a nice hotel but didn’t think anything through. You have to climb over the bed to get to the far side of the room because the size of the bed was too big for the size of the room. I had to sit on the toilet sideways because it is too close to the wall. No soap to wash hands in the bathroom. The bathroom door scraps loudly on the tile because the door is too long. No towels near the pool. And the worst part was the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. There are hotels for half the price in Samana. I don’t understand why the guest is paying so much for this hotel. The amenities and care of the building doesn’t equal the price. So far in the Dominican Republic it is both the most expensive and worst hotel experience I have had.

The bagges guys were good the food staff was nice but the people at the front desk was not welcoming she was rude.and the reservations on the food restaurant didnt want to work on line so ate at one of the 4 plus the they had one open then one closed so never got try all cause of that over all evething else was ok

I was not able to get the room I reserved. the hotel was closed for renovations. Totally empty. After several calls to a number that was posted on the side of gthe door, a gentleman camed and confirmed to us that the place has been close for several days. The hall and reception area was filled with construction materials. I expect a full refund. I had to go to another hotel. The cotubanama.

Debido al estado de la rampa de entrada de la calle teníamos dudas si dra el camino correcto, pero pronto encontramos el hotel. La habitación muy cómoda, baño amplio, el desayuno muy rico y completo y las vistas espectaculares. El personal super amable y solucionaron todas nuestras dudas y necesidades con mucha celeridad!! Todo excelente en el hotel. Llegar al sitio es un poco traumatico por ña zona en que se encuentra, pero luego que llegas todo se olvida. El servicio muy bueno. Igual el desayuno. Algunos detalle que hubieron con relación al agua que no tenia presión y se hiba, pero se resolvió. Volveria a quedarme.
