This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again

Front entry to check in was a work zone. Unsafe! Rooms were dirty. From linens to half used bathroom tissue roll. Door to room would only lock with key and loose knobs and screws where you could also see daylight around the door. Only because I booked online with no refund possibility for a $150 dollar room I would of gladly passed it up if it wasn’t that it was the only one available at the time.

I had to rent 3 rooms for some of my workers who were in the area from Austin. This hotel took excellent care of them, even upgrading a couple rooms for free. My guys, who usually complain no matter where i put them, were incredibly happy with the staff and the lodging. I highly recommend.

For my needs it was excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was dated and a little worn, but it was very clean. The shower worked great. No issues with hot water. The beds were worn-out, but clean. I had no issues sleeping during the day, the room was well insulated. The a/c worked great.

Just understand that this is not a new hotel. It is an older and dated motel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. It is not a resort; it is a place to sleep and take a shower for a reasonable price. I regularly stay at 4 and 5 star hotels when traveling for business or conferences; this is not it. However, I stay here regularly when in town and would recommend it to anyone needing a place to shower and sleep for the night.
