My room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great, I would have appreciated more fruit. It is a bit far from the beach, but Grab is very cheap. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, I dealt with Hang and Ana quite a bit. There are several options for restaurants and spa on the same block. I recommend this hotel.

What a lovely gem this hotel is. We were pleasantly surprised by both its amenities, location and friendly staff. The hotel is a stone throw away from Lotte Mart which was convenient when we needed to get away from the heat. The pool was also lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and always available to help.
