The room met our needs thoroughly. The hosts, Laura and Mike were great and accommodating. Yes, there is a little bit of freight train noise at night, but all of Sprague experiences it. We were traveling by e-bike which fit easily into the room near a plug for our chargers. We definitely will return if we're in the area again.

Check in process was a breeze. We were getting in pretty late and we called ahead and were able to expedite the check in process so we could go straight to our room when we got there. We stayed for a super quick stay on our long 16 hour trip. We were only at the hotel from 10pm-4am for a quick rest but we slept well and were rested for the remainder of our travels. It is in the middle of nowhere but really close to Spokane. Wasn't sure what to think by the booking but we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely use this hotel again! We had three beds which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Again, a wonderful stay!! Thank you

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with a raging headache. The room looked super clean, but there were so many flies on the property that the owners include a fly swatter in the room. Which is thoughtful, but also, concerning. The bathroom was a bit odd. It was like 10 feet away from a railroad that had many trains at all hours of the night. But it was clean, so I’ll give it that. And pretty cute on the outside.

We had a late nite check-in that was simple and easy with out a personal attendant after a long day of travelling. Simple clean affordable place to rest up and dash out the next morning.

The walls are paper-thin and I could clearly hear the men next door talking until 10:30 and again at 5:00am. They were not overly loud, the walls are just not insulated. A train blew its horn as it went by about every hour. The AC unit did not work and there were a variety of insects in my room. I had the crouch to get under the shower head and I am only 5’3”. At 7:15am someone unlocked my door and tried to come in but I had the hook secured. I had to get up to close the door all the way as they left it open a few inches. I reserved the room based on the ratings of 8.0, but I would not give it more than a 2.
