Very new hotel with sufficient amenities, yet wifi signal in our room is barely usable with door opened. Staff seem to be overworked, that shows no concern when we reported our fridge wasn’t working. They could have gotten a 4+ rating if they shows some more sincerity during the few times of interaction. Otherwise location is very convenient.

Amazing overall experience, nearby amazing local food places! If I were to nitpick the points of improvement, it'd be that there are some stains on the carpet and there was no shampoo in the room. Else, comfort, cleanliness, location were all impressive!

Tre-fresh. Great city view fron the work it out room. Infinity pool with big lounge chairs to beyond. Steaming hot shower and remember to push up the door knob and then down when you come out. Wifi does great and it all really warms your heart.

Small rooms, okay stay

The room was pretty cramped. We couldn't spread out like we did in other hotel rooms on our multi-day trip. The TV wasn't connected to the internet, so we couldn't use it. Called the front desk about it and waited for someone to come fix it, but after thirty minutes, we decided to just go to bed. The bed was comfy, and overall, the stay was okay. But I'm glad we only had one night here.

Great location and service. But the lifts ....

Everything was great esp the service . From angel at the reception to azmee at maintenance and the room cleaners. They were exceptional. But the disappointing part was the lifts. Could wait for up to 20 - 25 mins. Which took a lot of time. And the reception area is rather small for such a big hotel. I would think they can program it so thatsome lifts work for those going up and for those coming down. This technology is widely available. You select the floor you going to and the lifts are managed by a program.

Seems unit condition needs to be managed. At 4.30 am my room shower starts automatically and drips water for few minutes. Staff comes to check and says can look at it in the morning later on. Second area of concern is if you dial to property reception from the room, mostly they don't answer.

I really enjoyed my 3 nights stay at Sleeping Lion Suites because: 1) New hotel, so everything still new and furnishing updated, fast elevator 2) Love the reception area, very modern design, circular counter 3) Less than 3 mins easy walk to Pavillion, you can see Pavillion from the entrance lobby, impossible to get lost 4) Walking distance to Lot 10, Jalan Alor, Sungei Wang, you know the drill 5) The skydeck/skybridge is open 24hrs, magnificent view in the morning and nightime too. You can see Twin Tower, Pavillion, KL Tower, Merdeka Tower, TRX (The Exchange 106) tower, make sure to take photo there, you will look good with portrait mode too. The lighting was on point during day time 6) The rate was competitive for the location Other things to note: a) The surrounding area can appear "unsafe" at night but it was allright during my stay, there were many security guards at other nearby buildings b) Easy to get Grab but it can be challenging for weekend nights, I was travelling back to hotel using Grab on Saturday night, there was massive jammed at Bukit Bintang which the driver told me it was normal for weekends, but I have been to KL many times, that traffic jam was bad, standstill from infront of Sungei Wang and even after 30 mins near Lot 10 the car was barely moving so I had to walk to the hotel, which took me less than 5 mins haha. So yeah, weekends traffic can be that bad so I suggest to take train or just spend time at Bukit Bintang area. c) I stayed at Junio

Stayed for 8 nights. Pros: Right smack in between the new TRX Mall and Pavilion. Walkable to both malls, about 5min walk to either malls. The hotel is new so amenities are good. Water pressure is good. Has a hose bidet. No bedbugs. Was hesitant about the elevators after reading reviews but did not encounter any issues, thankfully. Cons: Check in seems systematic because you get a queue number. But reception does not follow the system. Those that were given a queue number obviously had to wait for their number and there were those that didn't get a queue number but were attended to first. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had ants. The reddish kind that bites. They were quite a nuisance since they would crawl into food that is not properly sealed even chips in tube container (e.g. Pringles). Trash bin must be cleared frequently esp after eating. The ants even crawl onto my phone charger cables and annoyingly gets onto the bed if I leave the phone on my bed. The shower has a glass door but it does not close properly. The glass door is the sliding kind. It doesn't close properly, it slides open and wets the floor. Worse is that the towel hook is located next to the glass sliding door. So whenever I shower, I have to hold the door either with my hand or foot to stop it from sliding open to prevent the water from wetting my towel or clothes hung on the hook. Overall, my stay was alright and tolerable. Hopefully these are teething problems.

Sin duda repetiria en este hotel. Está bien situado tanto a pie como en transporte público. Relación calidad-precio excelente La piscina tiene unas vistas del skyline espectaculares (está a petar de gente, pero vale la pena) El gym de lujo, equipado con máquinas y material Technogym. Lástima que no facilitan toallas, porque hay gente que no lo tiene en cuenta y puede ser poco higiénico (aunque está muy limpio) A mejorar, la cola de espera para poder hacer el check-in. No hay opción de desayuno, en el hall hay un bar, pero tiene poca opción y cierra muy pronto
