我們住了6晚。有冰箱，距離皮卡地里線上的地鐵站，距離超市，都只有 100 公尺，三大優點！整個飯店，有怪味道，冷氣幾乎 ~ 沒有作用！幸好今年 8 月，倫敦幾乎 20 度 C 以下，所以我們乾脆開窗。房間很小，進門得下兩個階梯，很容易摔倒！房間在半樓，沒電梯，抬著兩個 30 公斤的行李箱，20 多個階梯，很吃力！櫃台人員比較冷淡，電梯超級小，又慢

Desk staff nice & housekeeping did a good job, but that’s all that was good.No airport shuttle (“we can call a taxi”) or breakfast as advertised. Water trickles from shower head or shuts off altogether. Toilet had trouble flushing. Carpet worn, fridge broke down, bed hard, tile on floor mismatched and broken. Location to tube was good, but cannot recommend. After I’d asked for top floor, they put me in a sub-ground level tiny room. After complaining, they did move me to a 4th floor, bigger room.

Beautiful building, reception, bedroom and restaurant following grandeur of India. We stayed in 110 so mind the high step into the bathroom-got me most times. We had double and two singles. Plenty of room and soft towels. The room at the front so picks up traffic sounds but should be fine wearing ear plugs. Bed comfy though on the soft side. Spare pillow, fridge in cupboard, suitcase table, iron and board in wardrobe, hairdryer in drawer, tv, range of sockets a d lighting. Fabulous. Close to Gloucester underground station (exit 3). Would stay again.

Stayed one night in a single en suite room with breakfast included. The property would benefit from a bit of modernisation but my room was large enough and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed, large bathroom with powerful shower, bath and toiletries. Very quiet despite being in central London. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful and the ladies on duty this morning were both absolutely lovely. Very close to Gloucester Rd tube station and easy walking distance to Natural History and Science museums, V&A and Royal Albert Hall. Would definitely stay again.

A very warm welcome was given on our arrival explaining all our needs. There was a bar area that had plenty of space to sit and relax. Next door was Indian restaurant which you could go into via the hotel where the food was fabulous and the flavours well…. The wow factor doesn’t really do it justice. We were staying to attend a gig at the Royal Albert Hall which was around a fifteen walk so ideally situated. I must mention the breakfasts the choices were really great and nothing too try the full English I highly recommend it a great way to start the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful I can’t speak highly enough of all of the them they all played a part in making it a great stay. Thank you to all the team at the Montana we will be back that you so much

I got to the desk, I was told there isn’t a bathroom in my room, I would share 2 bathrooms with the whole floor. Then I asked about the shuttle to the airport next day and I was told they don’t have a shuttle. Jut a very bad situation.

The location is perfect: a ‘stone’s throw’ from Gloucester Road Underground station and the very convenient 74 bus route. There is a Sainsbury’s supermarket within a 7 minute walk, and another, and a pharmacist, right opposite. There is plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet, My room was a little ‘tired’ but everything else makes up for that. Highly recommended.

I had people walk in to my room on two separate occasions. The first time was around 6pm and I was relaxing in bed. A maintenance worker walked in and when I talked to the front desk they said they didn’t know the room was occupied even though I was staying there 5 nights. They also didn’t explain what the maintenance was for. The other time was before 10am, a woman walked in waking me up and I’m not sure if it was housekeeping. But they did not acknowledge they were staff. The room itself was extremely small. Barely had much room to move around. To fill the hot water pot I had to use the shower to fill it because the sink could barely fit a cup to fill.
