Konumu Karşıyaka merkezde, araba park yeri yok, o konuda zorlandık. Otelin konforu iyi, temizlik fena değildi. Klima da iyi soğutuyordu. Sıradan bir otel odası. İletişim yönünden iyilerdi. Kıyafetler için dolap yerine açık elbiselik tercih edilmiş. Balkon, masa vs yoktu. Yer döşemesi olarak halıfkeks tercih edilmiş.

Yani açıkcası sadece uyumak İzmir’i gezmek için tuttuğumuz bir yerdi fakat temiz odasında çarşaflarda kıllar uçuşuyordu, klimanın soğutması iyi değildi. Erindiklerinden bir dolap bile koymamışlar odaya valizlerimiz yerde açık konakladık. Sadece uyumak istiyorsanız okey onun harici tavsiye etmiyorum.

Hayatımdaki en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Ailemle birlikte kaldık verdikleri oda pis yataklardan kıllar çıktı yastık kılıfları berbattı ayrıca lavabo klozeti bozuktu. Oda değiştirmemize rağmen tv çalışmıyordu ve klima kumandası alındığı günden beri hiç temizlenmemiş pis içinde yapış yapıştı. Mini bar çok pis kullanılmayacak haldeydi. Dolaplar kırık içinde ve örümcek ağları vardı.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda otel görevlisi bayan ücretini ödediğimiz odadan cok ucuza verildiğini söyledi. Hotelsden bu fiyaa aldığımızı söylediğimizde aslında bu odanın fiyatı daha yüksek dedi. Biz de bu konuyu hotelsle görüşmeleri gerektiğini söyledik. Odanın içi cok soğuktu ısıtma sistemleri calışmıyordu. Banyonun zemini cok kaygandı. Düşme tehlikesi gecirdik. Diğer odada konaklayan misafirler cok gürültü yapıyorlardı ve işletme tarafından uyarılmadılar. Otel görevlisi çıkış saatimizde konaklamamızın nasıl gectiğini ya da memnun kalıp kalmadığımızı sormadı. İletişim berbattı bile diyemiyorum çünkü iletişim kurmadık. Asla kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Cok kötü bir deneyimdi

OMG

I am disappointed at the quality of this hotel used by hotels.com. The room I was given was filthy and looked like it was still under construction. There were 35 steps to reach the receptio. Not suitable for elderly or disabled. Only have of the bathroom was tiled rest was bare cement. Carpet was filthy. Mini bar / fridge rusted inside. Dust everywhere. On thing good was the bed was clean and comfortable.

Yatak cok rahatti, mukemmel olmasa da oldukca temiz bir odaydi. Calisanlar guleryuzlu ve yardimsever. Dus iyiydi. Lokasyon iyi. Rezervasyon yaparken oda fiyatina ek ucret odeyerek otopark ve minibar kullanimi aldim ancak otelin otoparki yok, odada bir buzdolabi var ama sadece su var. Bu secenek cikarsa almayin. Otel calisanlarina da ilettim, kendilerinden kaynaklanmadigini belirttiler. Ama gereksiz bir ek odeme yapmis oldum. Odaya koridordan ve disardan cok ses geliyor. Tv’yi ayarlamak lazim, kanallarin tamamina yakini bos.

Das ist alles andere als ein Hotel. Da würde ich meinem schlimmsten Feind nicht reinlassen wollen, weil es furchtbare Zigaretten,gestank Teppiche kaputt, verschmutzt, keine Aufzug zu niedrige Decken, dass man daran erstickt. Die Bilder sind pure Fake. Nichts davon ist wahr. Höchste Vorsicht geboten und EXPEDIA war dabei überhaupt nicht behilflich. Wir sind nach dem einchecken 10 Minuten vor Ort gewesen und sind wieder aus gecheckt und haben uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht und gefunden Ich glaube, das ist eher ein Nacht. Hotel war als ein Hotel, also Finger weg.

Not bad, great area

I’ll admit, based on other experiences I’d had at resorts in Turkey I had high expectations. It was definitely still under construction during our stay but it was pleasant and no construction in the area occurred until after 10am which is a far cry from 8am I’ve experienced elsewhere. The hotel is far enough away from the action where it was quiet, yet still a short walk away from shopping and bars. We had some trouble getting enough towels but eventually received more than enough. The Turkish bath was a bonus. The mattress was very firm, but even as someone who prefers a soft mattress I slept well and had no issues. The owner definitely needs to upgrade the mini fridges. The front desk guy brought a different one up 2 flights of stairs and it still didn’t work. The air conditioner worked great which was truly my priority in the excessive heat. Overall a better option to stay in the area and great location.

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. Upon entering our room, number 301, we were utterly shocked by the room's condition. The floors and walls were entirely filthy and bore no resemblance to the images displayed online. The room reeked of a nauseating combination of musty carpet, smoke, and chemicals. We couldn't bear to spend a single night there and were forced to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. What was even more disheartening was the lack of alternatives or any other room being offered, despite our request. The staff provided no counteroffer. Furthermore, we had paid for five days in advance, yet the room was not occupied for even a single minute. This is not just unacceptable but a clear waste of our money, as the hotel refused any cancellation for all five days. Customer friendliness or leniency is nonexistent here; it appears to be more about deception. Additionally, the hotel lacks an elevator despite having four floors and proved extremely difficult to locate. The reception area shown in the photos was nonexistent, replaced by a cramped office with an ironing board, sink, and office desk. The hotel is located in one of the most undesirable areas in Izmir, a fact later confirmed by locals in the vicinity. It's truly regrettable that our experience at this hotel was so dismal. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend it and certainly will not return.
