Clean, modern and spacious room and bathroom. Good soundproofing. Easy self check in with door code. Overall very good stay. The only minus, that there are only few AC sockets and they are in weird places.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Short walk to the observation deck/funicular; right by freedom alley with all the bars and restaurants. It was very easy to find and check in was simple. Codes emailed about 30minutes before check in time. All very simple. I was very happy with the room quality and it was larger than expected. For the price I don't think you can better this. If I was staying in Kaunas again I would certainly stay here again. Parking was easy as right outside, I guess as it's first come first served you could be disappointed; I think there were about 7 or 8 spaces outside. Clean, good price, great location, and comfortable - what more can you ask for?

The reviews of this hotel is to low! It's a simple, clean, quiet and cozy hotel. The breakfast is good. Rooms are good, some even has bathtubs. Self checkin. Handicapped accessible. Fully stocked minibar in the rooms, a bit pricy maybe, but still... The location is brilliant, walking distans to everything.

The remote check-in was easier than I expected. The parking was free if you can get a spot and just stay there for the duration of your stay. Kaunas is a beautiful city! And this property was in the perfect spot for restaurants, shopping, churches and museums. Nice big rooms and bathrooms. Bed was very comfortable! We would stay here again.

Old hotel with no elevator and no reception. Need an upgrade. The price does absolutely not match what you get, not value for money ☹️ The cleaning girls were very kind and helpful though.

It is a budget hotel and budget is what you get. Location is great, however the room is starting to look rather dated. I had a few issues throughout the stay. 1) the room stopped automatically locking itself - it was deal with within an hour but that was quite frustrating as I could not leave my belongings in an unlocked room - there is no safe to leave the valuables in 2) the aircon was my biggest issue. Every 30min to an hour it would start working extremely loud, this would keep waking me up at night so I had poor sleep all three nights I stayed there. The staff said nothing can be done as apparently all their aircons work the same way. I've never stayed in a hotel where the aircons would work this loud before. The pillows are also quite thin so didn't add to great night sleep either. 3) the shower drain was partially blocked. I kept standing 5-6cm in the water when showering. This should be looked at. It's just unpleasant showering in the water that is sitting at the bottom of the shower. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel, a cheap budget option if you want to stay at the heart of the city but the amenities are reflecting the price point. For me, good night sleep is key when I am staying at the hotel therefore I would not stay again so that I don't have to deal with extremely loud aircon waking me up at night.

Wonderful hotel - centrally located, very clean and well maintained. Room was spacious and had everything that one would need. And the best amenity is the free e-scooters that they provide - an amazing way to explore the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone (the only downside is that there aren't any lifts in the property)

Very bad check-in procedure. I had requested the room on a lower floor, the property did respond to my request and when I reached the property I had to contact them rather then they send me an email with check-in procedure. I think they want city-tax before check-in.
