Room and lobby was clean, rustic northwoods decor was a bit dated but charming. Staff was very nice and helpful. Pool, hot tub, restaurant look permanently closed. Hopefully there are plans to reopen at some point in the future, especially as local options for dining are limited. Good value for what we paid for lake view balcony room, only a few other guests at the time we stayed.

Great staff, older hotel but generally well kept. Pool closed for repairs when we were there. Best fresh made cinnamon rolls for breakfast started the day out right.
