we got a room that was outside the hotel. completely without charm. it smelled terrible and there was noise from the traffic that was right outside. we were promised parking we didn't get it. we traveled with a dog we were supposed to get bowls for food and water for the dog, we didn't get that. the overall experience was far from what we had expected when we booked online. the price was also high compared to the standard we got.

Great location in Heideberg. The bridge is just next to the hotel entrance! The breakfast is superb!! Must add breakfast! However, the walls are quite thin, be prepared to hear about what people are doing in next door 😂

Great stay!! We booked the room with the balcony - it was absolutely adorable. It is on a busier street but with the windows closed you can’t hear anything. Great service, very friendly, and felt very safe! Definitely our favorite hotel on our week-long Germany vacation. HIGHLY recommend, we will be staying here when we come back!

Great location near to the main points of interest. Lovely place but lacking a few basics. Difficult with a lot of luggage and car, having to park 10 min walk away. Nice room, no coffee making facilities or fridge. Breakfast was average with food uncovered, so avoided what I would have liked due to flies. Nice guy on reception but we wouldn’t return.

It was a very cute hotel in a great location. Good breakfast! They told us they had a deal with the parking lot near the hotel. They may have, but they had no spots and the girl who checked us in offered no help. We were on our own, despite me emailing them prior to our trip about this. Also, it was hotter than Hades. The hotel advertises air conditioning but they don’t turn it on until 10 pm!! I asked one man about it our first night and he just basically said too bad we don’t turn it on until 10 and he wouldn’t even give us a fan. Then it took until 2 am to cool the room down. So we got no sleep the first night. They had ONE job…give me a comfortable place to sleep! However, the second night, they redeemed themselves. (Which is why I gave them 4 stars instead of 1). At breakfast the next day, I begged this very nice man to give us some air (a different man from the night before). He asked my room number and turned on the air and left it on the rest of the time we were there. From then on, it was perfect!!

Sehr zentral gelegendes Hotel direkt an der Alten Brücke (daher auch der Name des Hotels ;-) . Saubere und moderne Suite mit Fahrstuhl. Wir bekamen von dem Trubel unter uns nur wenig mit und konnten gut schlafen. Gutes Buffet-Frühstück und auch unser Hund fühlte sich im Hotel wohl. Einzig die Parkplatz-Sitation in den benachbarten Parkhäusern fanden wir - allerdings auch mitten in der Hochsaison - etwas kompliziert. Alles in allem aber sehr empfehlenswert - das Hotel ist seinen Preis wert!
