We stayed in Puebla for 2 nights and it was amazing. The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. The only thing is that it did not have AC. Regardless, I would recommend staying here for a safe and convenient stay.

La habitación fue muy cómoda, celebro que sus pisos sean alfombrados porque es muy agradable. Todo estaba completamente limpio y cuidado, mis únicas críticas van hacia el personal, el cual no es muy sociable, y hacia la regadera, de la cual no sale mucha agua.

La gente muy amable, la casa muy bonita, buena comida en el restaurante. Nos tocó un balcón con vista a la calle, muy lindo en su decorado. Con estacionamiento y una ubicación excelente, ya que puedes ir caminando al centro y sus alrededores. Cerca del Paseo Bravo. Aspectos a mejorar: En la habitación Deluxe no funciona el internet, hay poca luz en general, el baño solo tiene una lámpara de pared y para mi gusto es obscuro, hace falta una luminaria en la ducha. No hay buena presión de agua en la regadera. Colocan jabones pero no hacen espuma. Se agradecerían más ganchos para colgar la ropa o unas cajoneras, ya que no hay mucha opción para acomodar tu ropa. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero cuenta con un ventilador.

Es un hotel bonito y cómodo con estacionamiento accesible dentro de la propiedad. Fue solamente una noche y estuvimos muy cómodos. Lo único que estuvo mal fue que el agua de la regadera sale muy poco y nunca estuvo caliente. Volvería con gusto si prenden el boiler !! 😁

Nos gusto mucho su trato, esta cerca del centro histórico y catedral. Lo único malo fue que la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado, pues el clima en Puebla por lo regular es frio, pero con la ola de calor le sufrimos un rato. En general el hotel y restaurant muy bien.

Gute Option für eine Übernachtung, allerdings kein Fenster im Zimmer sowie keine Klimaanlage / Ventilator und relativ viel Moskitos. Der Boden konnte etwas sauberer sein… hat aber generell für die eine Nacht gut gepasst und der Service war nett.
