Hotel was tucked in a quiet part of Venice but still very close to all the attractions. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

The Staff was Professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful - went above and beyond. I felt very safe and comfortable in the Hotel and surrounding areas. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. Bed and room were spacious. The Breakfast was delicious. A large assortment of fresh food, coffee, fruit, desserts and more. Loved this hotel. It’s in a great neighborhood tucked away from the bustling main shopping strips. The decor was relaxing, pristine in cleanliness. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was tasty with a wide offering. I only wish they answered messages through hotel.com within 24 hrs. I had to message multiple times before I got a reply and no one answered when I called. It would also be helpful for a first time traveler be told what stop on the Vaporetto is best to reach the hotel. Despite I still would stay here again and will recommend to friends.

No card lock for main door (yet)

Rooms are very nicely designed. There is no desk or other surface to place a laptop (and therefore no chair) - perhaps not a deal killer, but important to know. A big problem is the lack of a card lock to the main door of the hotel (work in progress). When the receptionist runs an errand, you will be waiting in front of a "back soon" sign. Staff shrugged off this concern.
