Me and my friend had a very bad experience with this apartment. It was 2°C, and we were left with no heater throughout our stay.
We noticed the issue on the first night. On the second day, I tried to communicate with them, but Nobi, the person assisting us, was not helpful at all. He even made it feel like it was somehow our fault that we didn’t have heat on the second day, saying we weren’t in the apartment when the technician came—despite the fact that there was no confirmation or follow-up that anyone would actually arrive. We left only because it seemed clear no one was coming.
On the third day, the technician finally came early in the morning, checked the apartment, and told us he couldn’t fix anything because the heating was controlled by the building manager, not the apartment staff.
My issue is that this apartment did nothing to meet the basic needs of their guests. They let us freeze for days. They didn’t even provide a simple plug-in heater. We couldn’t shower because it was too cold, and we even started coughing and getting sick. I actually left back to America sick, which has never happened to me on any of my trips. I’ve been traveling to Europe since 2017 and never had any issues—until now. I do want to commend Kate, who was very patient, professional, and helpful throughout the situation. Unfortunately, despite her efforts, nothing was resolved.The apartment itelf is nice, but the management is extremely poor. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment at all.
