Had to book here for a business trip, can be defined as a 2 star hotel. Infrastructure and furniture are shouting for a renovation, had many problems like a flooded room due to the old A/C that sweats inside the room, someone entered by mistake in my room, front desk is small but lots of people (with no apparent reason), the wardrobe door was lose and came out in my hand. Shower is excellent and A/c was working fine despite the age and the already mentioned architectural problem. Breakfast is ok. I am sure any of those will be fixed as the hotel was full with noisy tourists.

We had a really disappointing and dissatisfying stay at this property. Upon arriving after 3 flights, all we wanted was a shower and to go to sleep. The water was freezing cold, and when we asked for help we were met with nothing and were told to wait until tomorrow. Every single night of our stay the same thing happened and we were met with nothing from the staff. Upon asking to speak with a manager, again we were told to wait for the morning, and every morning were told that the manager was not working. We booked this hotel because a safe was pictured but upon arrival, again, nothing but disappointment. There was no safe door attached and it took them 2 full days to install. In addition, WiFi only worked in the lobby and we wasted a ton of our (quite expensive) cellular package as a result. The staff did not help with anything and we got 0 compensation from the hotel. We paid a premium price for a very below average stay and would not recommend at all.

El hotel esta super mega bien ubicado en copa cabana. Pero es un hotel viejo con muchas precariedades. Creo que es un hotel para viajes de poco presupuesto ya que es barata una habitacion con 4 camas. Las camas un poco incomodas, los baños un poco falta de higiene, no por falta de limpieza, sino por lo viejo del hotel. El ascensor bien rayo y nunca pudimos disfrutar del desayuno ya que el espacio era extremadamente pequeño y habia que hacer largas filas.

Muito bom o hotel. As instalações são simples mas vale muito a pena pelo custo benefício, a localização é ótima dentro do bairro de Copacabana, o café da manhã estava muito bom e variado, o banheiro do meu quarto estava com características de reformado e com chuveiro com água quente e fria funcionando perfeitamente. Os funcionários do hotel foram muuuuiiittooo simpáticos!!! Só tive boas experiências!

Apesar de alguns problemas, como a falta de energia apenas no quarto em que estávamos e um incidente em que meu filho derramou líquido na cama, a experiência foi razoável. Quando ligamos para a recepção, informaram que não havia enxoval de cama disponível, mas depois conseguiram ao menos um lençol. A limpeza superficial é boa, porém as cortinas estavam bastante sujas e o ar-condicionado acumulava muita sujeira. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas tudo o que provamos estava gostoso. Pelo preço cobrado, eu já esperava que não seria nada extraordinário, então considero que ficou dentro da média.
