Check in was easy, codes got emailed to us. Parking is limited in their 4 space garage but we lucked out snagging a spot. Plenty of street parking around. The unit we were in didn’t have great a sound barrier. We could hear the music from the bar next door deep into the night and while the unit above us getting mopped/vacuumed. Esthetically, unit was great! Not as clean as I would have loved. It was certainly tidied and cleaned up, but there were still crumbs on floor by trash can when we arrived, some hair and dust in bathroom and the baseboards weren’t super clean which just makes you wonder. Full kitchen was super convenient. We felt safe getting in/out of building!

Clean comfortable room. Great location for walking to points of interest in East Nashville. Nice view from the rooftop deck. Noise from street and nearby establishments is a bit of an issue. Apartment is nice, clean and comfortable, but there is very limited parking. The "garage" that is offered is not really a garage and has 3 parking spots. Street parking very limited with lots of intoxicated people partying till early morning hours. Next door the music played extremely loud. It's a walking distance to the stadium and if you don't mind walking, easily can walk to Broadway for great music and fun party.

Property was great- there is a bar next door and every night, a lot of loud drunk people woke us up. Pretty much my only complaint- the rugs should be cleaned as well. Accommodations were super neat, clean, and functional for my family of five. We stayed in penthouse top floor. Design was awesome. I would def stay here again even with the bar noises.

We were absolutely blown away by this aparthotel! 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had so much space and could really relax in a home away from home setting. Beds were comfortable, loved the rainfall showers! Fantastic rooftop area and great place to watch sunset. Location only 5-6 min drive from downtown area. Lots of choices of walkable restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend!

The location is perfect, took us around 20mins to walk to broadway. Lovely neighbourhood close to lots of cool bars and restaurants. The downside of this is that it can get a little noisy outside at night. There was a white noise machine in the bedroom which was great. The apartment had everything you’d need for a short stay and is close to a supermarket if needed. The bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We had to contact the host for check in details as they weren’t sent by the 4pm check in time but we got a very quick email response and check in was seamless.
