The location was great for walking down on Main Street- the only issue would be the bed- not sure if mattress or box springs- or maybe both- but they were very loud whenever there was movement. Will be looking to stay again next time in Gelena- with hopes it will be warmer so we can sit out on patio areas.

Staff checking in was great. I was told to text a number with any concerns and never heard back after I text the number. Parking along the building was for certain rooms and it was not followed, several times we came back and there was no parking. I brought it up to the staff and the number to text with no change. The room was nice. The location is the best part, close to downtown.

We arrived at the hotel about 6 pm. The doors were locked and we had to call the hotel to learn that we should have received a communication from someone about the codes needed to enter the premises and room. When I reserved the room, I was never given any indication that this would be a "self-serve" check in process with no human intervention. The room was comfortable, clean and lovely. But we were disappointed in the television. No network or local stations, just the low-cost streaming options. Next time we will spend the extra $20 to stay at a name brand hotel like we usually do so that we can enjoy the level of service that we are accustomed to.
