What was advertised in the pictures is not what we got. We got a dirty, dingy, smelly. Tiny room. Beds super hard, towels super dingy and old. We had to convince the attendant to give us new ones. The walls were super dirty, tiles in the bathroom falling off. Faucets and sink had left over toothpaste and soap from the previous renter. We do own we were not aware of it being situated in the middle of 5th ave—smack in the middle of the busy strip. We were totally taken advantage of at 150 per night, boy was it a pig sty. For 160 per night we rented a room at the Hyatt in Merida for our next part of our trip. Terrible place Mayab hotel. Disgusting.

No deberían de aceptar esta clase de hospedajes en la plataforma, muy mal todo, uno seguía por las fotos y resulta todo lo contrario sucio, viejo, mal mantenimiento, más de una hora buscando al de recepción para que nos diera las llaves animales en el cuarto, creo que ha sido por mucho la por experiencia de hospedaje en mi vida

No me dieron check-in ya que no había nadie en recepción y me cobraron solo por reservar qué hubiera pasado si hubiera reservado más días y al parecer no me lo van a reembolsar hablé con el dueño del negocio y ya no me respondió me pedí de favor que cancelara mi reservación ya que no se encontraban ellos entonces ahora quién me va a pagar. En general es eso prácticamente llegué al establecimiento y no había nadie en recepción para darme checkin le intenté llamé muchas veces y no me respondía después de una hora ya que yo ya estaba en otro hotel espero que puedan resolver este aunque sea un comentario deseo que me regrese dinero por favor.

El lugar está agradable es muy tranquilo, la habitación bien la alberca en la azotea linda, solo q la recepción no te saben decir bien lo q especifica o te ofrecen por la aplicación, estacionamiento difícil de conseguir, nunca supiero decirme del club de playa q mencionan, pero con la alberca y camastros en la azotea mas q perfecto, y por el precio q pagas recomendable

I travel to playa del Carmen every year and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This property needs BIG remodeling, nothing is being maintained in good condition. Don’t believe any of the pictures the property posts. The room and stairs are in horrible conditions the bathroom has a terrible smell of sewer.

It was a decent place for that price. Literally close to everything I loved everything about stay. Shower head was amazing. Bathroom sink needs fixing but overall I will deff book again. Excellent location for those who don’t drive access to everything tours, beaches FOOD. Amazing.

Le pire hotel que je ai Jamais vu !!!!! Déjà en arrivant à 18h personne a l entrée j ai attendu que quelqu’un arrive et appelle le réceptioniste! Après la chambre ne correspondait pas à ma réservation j étais sensée avoir une double fenêtre….. l état de ma chambre regardait les photos tout est cassé !!!!rouille sur tout les robinets, quand je suis arrivé les toilettes étaient même pas nettoyé et le ménage n a jamais été fait pendant mon séjour…. Le bruit je ne peux rien dire car je le savais mais je pensais qu il y avait un double vitrage ! Bref ma pire expérience avec hotel.com
