Schon am ersten Tag standen wir an der Rezeption, weil wir das Hotel verlassen wollten. Wir kamen sehr spät an, und unser Zimmer war bereits an jemand anderen vergeben, obwohl das Hotel wusste, dass wir später anreisen würden. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr unfreundlich (außer das Frühstückspersonal, das war nett). Uns wurden Versprechen gemacht, als wir sagten, dass wir in ein anderes Hotel wechseln möchten – diese wurden im Nachhinein jedoch nicht eingehalten. Beschwerden oder Hinweise darauf, was uns gestört hat, wurden einfach ignoriert. Zusätzlich wurde mittags Chlor direkt in den Pool gekippt, ohne dass die Gäste darauf hingewiesen wurden. Außerdem hat das WLAN im Zimmer überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Das Einzige, was wirklich gut war, war das Frühstück und der Pool an sich. Aber das reicht leider nicht für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel niemandem weiter.

Hiç bi şekilde memnun kalmadık. Çantalarımız taşınmadı odalar aşırı basık havasız, banyo aşırı pis kokuyor havlular ıslak kokuyordu, barmen çok kaba ve artist temizlik görevlisi “temizlik istiyonuz mu” diye kapıyı tıklıyor. Havuz aşırı aşırı pisti. Biz evli olmamıza rağmen bize ayrı yataklı odalar verdiler. Asla ama asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi.

Temizlik vasattı, personel ilgiliydi. Odamıza haber vermeden girilip ütü alınması ayrı bir olaydı. Diğer taraftan Almancı tayfa okey ancak aile olarak gittiğimiz yerde 15 bekar tayfa can sıkıncıydı gürültü küfürlü konuşma, sürekli etrafı kesme otelin görünüşüne yakışmıyordu.. sabah kahvaltı güzeldi ancak 5 gün boyunca reçele boğulduk. 10 üzerinden 6, 2 puan misafir seçiminden 1 puan temizlik 1 puan ikramsızlıklarından kırdım .. içilen bir türk kahvesi ikram edilebilirdi..

Çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüler temizlik olarak çok çok iyi keyifle konakladık.Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve özenle hazırlanmıştı.Otel merkezi bir konumda havuzu temiz bahçesi odaları çok güzel huzurlu bir tatil için Alaçatı da tercih edebileceğiniz nadir yerlerden.

Die Lage war zentral und das Hotel war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr monoton, die Angestellten am Empfang waren eher weniger hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden kaum gereinigt.
