The hotel refused to give us a room despite having made the reservation 2 months in advance. They just said that the reservation wasn’t valid arbitrarily. Thankfully the hotels.com customer service stepped in and got us a room at another hotel.

Very disappointing..the hotel smelt like a cigarette factory from the Reception to everywhere. Not very friendly staff except the room cleaner and the the door guy.
Cleanliness zero..especially the bathroom needs thorough scrubbing. The only positive was their mattresses were good and firm.
