different and unexpectedly dirty room

the room was totally different than we chose and see in hotels.com booking page. I showed up the pictures in my booking page to property manager but she said it’s common problem people encounter so often and it caused by hotels.com since the room cleanness, comport and hygiene condition was not acceptable level, we asked refund from hotels.com. Unfortunately both hotels.com and property manager did not help us. We had to stay in that terrible room for 3 nights with full of humidity and in the room and unhygienic bathroom.

Öncelikle çok misafirperver bir şekilde karşılandık. Çeşme ılıcanın tam merkezinde şehre ve denize çok yakın konumda. Oda gayet temiz ve lazım olabilecek araç gereçlerin tümü mevcuttu. 1+0 oda kiralamamıza rağmen fiyat farkı almadan 1+1 odada ağırlayacak kadar da cömert bir işletme herşey için teşekkür ederiz yolum ne zaman düşse konaklamak isterim.

Konum dolayısıyla ulaşım açısından kolaylıkla tercih edilebilir. Genel olarak sessiz sakin bir muhitte zaten. Ev sahibi çok anlayışlı ve güler yüzlü, en ufak bir problemde iletişime geçtik ve yardımcı oldular. Mutfak malzemeleri biraz az geldi; makarna süzgeci, bardak, bulaşık deterjanı, nihale, çamaşır deterjanı gibi temel bazı araç gereçler yoktu. Tavası cok eskimiş olduğu için kullanmak istemedik mesela. Bir de hamamböceği çıkabiliyor, benim fobim olduğu için çok korktum fakat ev sahibi ile görüştüğümüzde hemen belediyeye şikayette bulunacağını ve ilaçlama yaptıracağını ilettiği için içim rahat şekilde tekrar konaklamak için gelebilirim. 😊

Gerçekten güzel bir lokasyonda, Ilıca sahile yürüme mesafesi çok yakın. Çarşaflar daha temiz olabilirdi. Özellikle dolaptaki yedeklerde daha temiz olabilirdi. Banyo su gider yerlerinden böcek çıkabiliyor, kapağı değişmesi lazım, gider kapağı delikleri büyük, ama bir kez çıktı. Genel anlamda iyiydi. Bina yeni, ses olmuyor. Cadde çok işlek, her yere yakın.
