Hotel was very clean. Room was very nice. We stayed there last year so we decided to return. Only thing we did not like was this year we had to pay for parking so for 2 days we had to pay $25. You have to pay by phone could not pay to the hotel.

The Property was very new and they were very nice. My only issue was not something the hotel did, but someone on my floor was smoking weed and it stank the whole place up. No way the staff did not know. But that is the only bad thing, Other than that it was really nice

For a new hotel I felt that the beds were horrible. Super hard and they had no topper to soften the bed. Also, pillows were like plastic airbags. Breakfast was standard. For $300 a night the beds should be comfortable so I felt it wasn’t worth it. Great location near the usta campus.

When I called to say I had arrived but would be checking in late the person who answered said I had to check in before midnight otherwise my reservation would be cancelled. It was fully paid I don’t understand. I arrived and did the check in went to my room and it was dirty! The tv said Welcome Jennifer and the bed was un made, the toilet dirty, towels everywhere ect… room 316. Called and got changed to room 320. Next day when I tried the wifi did not work with romm 320 but worked under room 316. Went to the parking and my rental had a paper charging us a parking fee. Left and decided to deal with that later. Got back to the hotel in the afternoon and no one was at the reception. Went up to the room and when I was leaving later again no one in the reception. We arrived back late at night and still no one at the reception. Next day finally Ian was at the reception he was so nice and diligent. He explained that the parking was supposed to be explained at the check in which it wasn’t and apologized for all the inconvenience and said he was going to reimburse the parking we paid and register my car. All around not the best experience and what I would recommend is just Ian.
