Hotel muy agradable y elegante fuera del bullicio de los puntos turísticos pero lo suficientemente cercano para ir caminando hacia ellos.
El personal de recepción muy atento nos dieron excelentes recomendaciones de los mejores restaurantes De la zona la cual es muy bonita y segura para caminar.

Highly recommend

The location was great and close to everything . The staff was excellent and very helpful . The property had a little garden area and the they were very accommodating . They held our luggage after check out so we could enjoy the time until our ride was ready to get us the room was very spacious .

My daughter and I were traveling through Italy and stayed at Maison Santa Croce for 5 nights. The area of the hotel was quiet, not in the tourist area but very convenient to the heart of Florence. We will definitely stay again when in Florence.

Lovely hotel, modern room in an old building, perfect. Staff friendly & helpful.
Handy to all that Florence has to offer. Taxi from the train station was the way to go to get to & fro. Recommend this hotel.

Rooms were very spacious and very clean. The shower was amazing, great water pressure. The staff was very friendly. AC in room was fabulous. It was centrally located to walk to almost everything. Elevator was def a plus. Would def stay there again!

Look no further for a real 10!
Great location, great price, great staff and great rooms for traveling with a family with adult children. They can arrange rooms and beds. They make up the couch for sleeping beautifully if they know in advance you need it. They have large rooms, beautiful decor, snacks and family consensus of —best shower on our entire trip 8 days - 5 hotels and 4 cities. We even stayed longer than planned. Staff is so kind and helpful.

There was an unpleasant odour in the room coming from the bathroom. The air conditioning even turned off made a constant noise. Comfortable mattress and good location.
