Staff were amazing, room was clean, but the street noise was SO LOUD. I'm not a good sleeper, so we booked this hotel because they advertise their rooms as having soundproofing and blackout fixtures in the windows. While it may be true that there's soundproofing between the rooms, there is no soundproofing with the street. The street car lines have stops right outside the hotel, and we were kept awake by the regular arrival and departure of the train every 20 minutes.

Beautiful spot for a solo traveler. Location was spotless and very central to tons of restaurants, events and other adventures. Using Waymo was a breeze and made life/transport easy. Minutes from the airport, a quick drive from Scottsdale. This hotel would be an easy choice every time. Thank you Moxy PHX!

Local stay for work

My overnight stay went really well. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The only thing with the property is it’s right next to a run down area with lots of homeless people around. There’s not much of a security or police presence in the area to maybe to deal with it. The parking was expensive for staying at the hotel maybe find a way to add into the cost of the reservation to make it a little cheaper. Regardless i will return since the price is perfect for my short local business stays.

We booked the room for a romantic staycation. It was very chill, didn’t see many people, nobody bothered us or gave us a hard time, very discreet & easy. I liked the low key atmosphere vibe. We were comfortable, but the room was so so small no room for even a suite case really. No fridge or ice buckets & you have to pay $25-$40 a day for parking. Splurge for the bigger suite.

I get it. It's a small solo boutique stay with nominal amenities. but if you like a coffee maker, good pillows and a blanket to make a cozy bed or a pool. this isnt for you. its right downtown and a perfect party place but not at all romantic and way too small for anyone but one. There are so many great hotels in PHX that you can do better. its acceptable and close to the stadium and restaurants. thogh.

The floors in the hallway outside my room was dirty the entire 5 days I was at the hotel. I know this because the same pile of goldfish crumbs was there. My room for fairly clean except for the corners. That’s where you could find lots of hair and dust. The bed was uncomfortable. But honestly, the worse part was there was NO small fridge in the room. I guess I am so used to staying in hotels with small refrigerators, that I assumed it was the norm. Sadly, because of no refrigeration, I had to throw all my wonderfully yummy leftovers away.
