Just know you're paying solely for the proximity to the beach, and can walk to restaurants. The hotel itself is nothing special at all, but clean enough and safe. It was not built broadside to the water so it's a missed opportunity to have a real water view or sunrise. You're overpaying for the hotel itself which is basic but they don't have many competitors (one) in town.

The hotel is in the process of upgrading the rooms and while the furniture was dated and the bathrooms were not upgraded yet, the property is moving in the right direction. The staff was helpful and accommodated our request for a desired room location. Excellent location in walking distance to the beach and local food spots. We would stay here again.
