The hotel was probably one of the best I have stayed in and it's the staff that made it that special. From the moment we arrived, they took cafe of our ever needs. The breakfast was just exceptional. Fresh Vietnamese and international food every day, including live bars. They even made you any coffee you wanted every day. Special shout to Ame and Jessie who were at our beck and call every day. I've never met a more caring staff. The hotel arranged everything for you. I won't ever stay anywhere else when in Hoi An and you shouldn't as well. Jusg exceptional. Thank you Grand Sunrise Palace, we will miss you.

Free shuttle to beach and old town, free afternoon tea, free 30min foot massage, free bikes, free wine tasting and the price even included free breakfast. These extras were much appreciated. Great Hotel, lovely friendly and helpful staff, especially Kaytee who looked after us. Nice location which is a short walk or shuttle bus to the centre. Choice of 2 nice pools and a rooftop bar for an afternoon drink to cool down. When I come back to Hoi An I will be staying here again for sure.

If there was a “6-Star” rating, this hotel would be worthy. From the warm welcome upon check-in to the incredibly friendly staff, you feel at home right away. The lobby and dining area are beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well-decorated. The food is fabulous, especially the buffet breakfast and the dinner menu offers a wide variety of choices, including vegetarian options. The spa services were enjoyable, especially the steam room and sauna after a long day of walking around town. With special thanks to Luna, Jay and all of the staff, we had an unforgettable experience and hope to visit again in the future.
