The Crewe Boutique Inn staff was very friendly and the restaurant associated with the Inn had delicious food and great service! The property was in good condition except for the swimming pool, which was closed for maintenance the whole week I was there.

Crewe Boutique Inn ( motel )

This motel was the best motel I have stayed in. It looked as though it had been updated recently. New windows, floors , bathtub turned into a walk in shower with rain shower head . Vanity had a modern above sink basin …. Refrigerator was also included with microwave. Only there 1 night business in the next town over . Front desk person very pleasant & friendly …everything looks clean .

We stayed here because we had a family function near by and wanted to try them out. The staff was amazing and the property is a remodeled roadside motel. The only complaint we had was the bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked. But all and all a hood option for the area.

The Crewe Boutique was newly renovated and furnished. They did a really nice job renovating a single story motel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. It is very convenient to Longwood University or Hampden Sydney College. It was a great value and I will definitely visit there again.

It looks like an old roadside motel but the room was spotless and modern. I was pleasantly surprised by a hot breakfast. Only negatives were the bedside light was very weak, but overhead light way too bright. And I think the walls are very thin- my neighbor got up very early and it sounded like they were right in my room. Otherwise a nice place.

Simply AMAZING....

Small town... AMAZING accommodations, not to mention a GREAT price! Best "off the beaten track" place we've ever stayed. And a special kudos to the staff...They were absolutely fantastic and welcoming, despite working without air conditioning in the office after it went out in the 95° outdoor temps! Highly recommend if you're ever passing through the area. EXCEPTIONALLY clean, beds comfortable, quiet (even with the event going on across the parking lot at the Bar & Grill, which was also a lot of fun, offered up super great drinks & really good bar food)! Oh, and I can't forget to mention the incredible rainfall shower! I didn't want to get out of it! Unfortunately for some others, the pool was still closed for maintenance. But for us it was no big deal, as we wouldn't have had time to take a dip in it anyway due to our tight schedule. Suffice it to say, this stay far exceeded our expectations! We will most definitely return for another stay the next time we are in the area.

The stay was great , nice and friendly people, the breakfast was great . I had only one problem there was bugs and flies, outside bugs that comes inside when the door opens but there was bugs. Other then that great.

Dont let the outside scare you away, looks kinda shady and Let's start with the address that is given is three miles from the actual location and the photos posted on the Expedia page is misleading in comparison to the reality of what you experience upon arrival at the site. BUT the service with Evan's smiling face made it clear this was going to be much less of a scary experience, the lobby, the rooms, and the clean bed sheets followed up with that promise. I will say there was concerning marks on the walls but that's neither here nor there maybe some awkward furniture movement? Interesting beer bottle opener in the bathroom, convenient blow dryer, and iron, available and a cute little convenience store in the lobby with all the common drinks and snacks one could like. We would definitely stay here again if life ever brought us in this direction. Evan really helped turn the experience around, made us giggle with the pool joke as well. Thanks Evan!

Service was excellent! Beding was clean & fairly comfortable. There were quite a few spiders in my room, and floors were a bit dirty. Could use a fresh coat of paint on the walls. Overall stay was better than expected, the great customer service definitely made the difference.

When my husband went to the bathroom for the first time in his room there was a used towel already hanging from the back of the bathroom door. When he went to breakfast there was only one biscuit left for gravy and biscuits. The lady said sorry but I’m not going to make any more. He had 1 hour until breakfast was done. They had a waffle maker but it had a sign on that it was not working so he had cereal only.
