The property and room was clean and well maintained. The hotel overall and its amenities are spectacular. It was the service by a lot of the staff that drives my rating. The male at the front desk at night gave me the wrong room and asked if my friend could just use the pull out bed, since they were booked. I proceeded to remind him I had reserved the two beds room months in advance and then he told me I was in luck. The bar tender was having a rough night and was not pleasant. The breakfast crew was great! I’d love to return for the hotel but that was a first.

Had an amazing 40th birthday celebration here . Everything was amazing from start to finish ! The courtyard King was well worth it and we loved opening up the door for an evening breeze . Central to dinner and shopping . Walked to dinner reservations + the ferry terminal to ferry over to Peaks Island . NOTABLE - AM room service ( yum!), pantry on every floor for self service coffee , yogurt / granola , snacks , tea , morning pastries . Was nice to pop in and out of the hotel in the morning to keep us nourished .Also notable - courtyard ! , text message service ( I texted for cleaning service / linen change when we left for the day ) , and finally a friendly and accommodating staff. Thank You for making my 40th Birthday a special and memorable one !
