We booked this hotel because of its pool which met our expectations from the photos on the website. The property is well located in Pamukkale. Our check in was efficient. We booked a 3 bed room to get more space. The room was fairly basic, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was functional (great water pressure). The room had a small balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool was great and had a number of loungers available. The hotel booked us a terrific guided tour of Hierapolis and the travertine mountain.

Ich hatte aber leider in mein Zimmer kein Kleiderschrank, kein Tisch mit Stühle, kein WLAN, keine Heizung und es war Arschkälte! Und zum Schluss konnte ich nicht Duschen weil es auch kein warmwasser gab! Zum Frühstück gab es ein frisches Omelett mit Toastbrot und Tee. Alles andere was dort lag war von gestern! Tomaten war nicht mehr gut und so weiter und so weiter.
