Fair condition in reasonable price

the room is small and do not even have much space. But the price is competitive. A short walk from main station and exhibition hall. however, the shower tray is very slippery and it leaks to the hallway because the lack of seal on glass door

Ich gehe immer wieder in dieses Hotel, weil es für ein Partywochenende einfach vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super ist. Die Umgebung ist am Hbf nicht sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach. Aber es ist soweit sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

This was the perfect location for a central base to explore Germany (Dutchland) via train. Easy to walk to shopping, food, and the train station. Hotel room was just what we needed, a bed and a bathroom (toilet and shower). It also has a temperature control for each room (grateful for the cool air as we got there during a heat wave!) The first 3 days walking to and from the train station were questionable and we made sure we weren't out at night due tonthe drug activity on the streets. Police were always around so I never felt in danger. By day 4 things were cleared out and we didn't see all the drug selling and using. In all perfect place to lay down and rest and rejuvinate.

For one Night, only to sleep a few hours It it was OK, but for a long trip, I would recommend another hotel. The elevator was broke and it has seven floors. The air conditioning wasn’t working well, so it was very warm at night when I wanted to open the windows I I noticed they were locked.

Für den Preis war es super, günstig, direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof und viele Restaurants, die bis spät noch offen sind. Die Dusche wurde jedoch nicht gereinigt, hatte Spuren von Schimmel und auch die Wände waren schmutzig.

The bedsheets was not changed. There was hair in the bed. Pubic hair! I threw out all the sheets it was discussing. I just took the room because its cheap .

Okay for the price

The price was pretty unbeatable and the hotel itself was okay. The room was facing a very busy street and the window wasn’t soundproofing much at all so the room was very noisy most of the time. Also the neighbourhood isn’t the nicest. But it was cheap and close to both the central station and the Frankfurt Messe!

Old, dirty and in a very bad zone! Its cheap for a reason, we prepaid 2 nights but we left without sleeping there. Stayed 4hrs in and left. No bathroom, the shower and toilet are in the room itself. Unless you are a man traveling alone, don’t book there.

Drogenszene:Genau da! Zimmer: Bett und Dusche/Klo, fertig. Ich fand es alleine schon unerträglich, bei Temperaturen unter 30°C trotzdem Saunagefühl. Sehr laut in drr Nacht, allein durch die Straße. Oberflächlich sauber, will nicht wirklich drüber nachdenken...Nun, das Gepäck in der Tasche hat sich wohl wohlgefüllt, aber dafür finde ich selbst 30€ zuviel...

２日間泊まりました。部屋は十分清潔でスタッフも親切です。部屋の設備として、以下3点が注意です。1つ目はコンセントの機能です。給電が不十分なところがありました。2つ目はバスルームです。ガラス製仕切り板なのですが、傾斜が不十分なので下の隙間から平気で水が室内にまで飛び散ります。３つ目はエアコンです。とは言ってもこれはこちらの見落としですがエアコンなくて少し暑かったです。とはいえ、価格は安いのでコスト抑えるのを最優先なら選択にはなり得ます。一つ気をつける必要があるのが、周辺の治安です。完全に酷い東側（駅正面）は噂に聞く限りです。しかし、正面口から出てホテルに向かうと横断歩道渡るため、高い確率でジャンキーを見かけるはずです。後から気づいた話ですが、おそらく北側から出てなるべく危険な通りを回避しながらホテルに向かった方がいいでしょう。完全にホテルの近くはそこまでは治安は悪くはないと思います。一度、地面に座って飲んでる人がいましたが。仮にフランクフルト中央駅付近に泊まるのであれば、まだ南側の駅近くの方がマシかもしれません。 I stayed here for two days. The room was clean and the staff was kind. There are three things to note about the room facilities. The first is the function of the outlets. There were some areas where the power supply was insufficient. The second is the bathroom. It was a glass partition, but the inclination was not enough, so water easily splashed into the room from the gap at the bottom. The third is the air conditioner. That said, it was a little hot without the air conditioner, which was an oversight on our part. However, the price is cheap, so it may be a good choice if you prioritize keeping costs down. One thing you need to be careful about is the security of the surrounding area. The east side (in front of the station) is completely terrible, as far as I've heard. However, if you leave the front entrance and head to the hotel, you will have to cross the crosswalk, so there is a high chance of seeing junkies. I realized this later, but it would probably be better to leave from the north side and head to the hotel.

Das Bad war nicht richtig sauber und es war extrem laut. Man konnte einfach jeden in sein Zimmer rein und raus gehen hören, sowie die Nachbarn 2 Zimmer weiter reden hören.

Let’s not ignore that this was an EasyHotel and it was not mentioned in the advert, it still has EasyHotel signage in the property and the evidence is clear. The rooms are compact, with few facilities, and the shower door doubles as the toilet door. The toilet is barely big enough to sit comfortably on. Our bedsheet (mattress) had a cigarette burn in it, and even with the window closed, -and the shutter, we could still hear every noise from Frankfurt station, the area (lots of sirens) and the one restaurant downstairs playing loud music until 11pm. We were in a particularly unsafe area. The smells of urine and cannabis, along with a lot of homeless people and very dirty streets (opposite to the rest of the city) We can see only two benefits to staying here, one if you are getting off the train, to sleep then get back on the train, or if you are interested in the activities of the red light district, which is part of the noise complaint. It must be 200 yards or so from this hotel.
