It took me about three hours to check in. The website address is on the second floor. But the actual check in is on the 6th floor. I kept ringing the bell and knocking the door. Nobody answered Until one of the guests told me to check in on the 6th floor with a different hotel me. They should mention that on the website or posted a note on the second floor. When I finally talked to the staff, they said the computer is not working and they could not hear the phone ringing.
