Hotel booked us into a room without heating. They claimed there were no other rooms available to move us into; however the next group of people were given a room, which sounded like an upgraded version. Meaning, they would not upgrade our stay even though there was this option available. The response was - management would not do anything for you - deal with it. Also, the advertise breakfast, but there is no breakfast area. Overall, very unpleasant experience.

Heater was not working in the room and it is winter. Told the staff when I checked out. Hopefully, they took it seriously. The Continental Breakfast is not the best as to what is offered. Other than that, the bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet.

Older hotel that needs updating. Asked for different room, because two dogs barking constantly in next room. Needed a nice sitting chair in room instead of only metal folding chair. Not much breakfast- no jelly for bagel. Prepackaged muffin and "doughnut". We got the value for what we paid for!

I'm not sure our linens were cleaned prior to our stay as there were small black hairs on the pillowcases as well as between the sheets. The shower was also a bit brown on the floor but it seemed to be stained rather than dirty. The breakfast was mostly pre-packaged bread items (bagels, waffles) but there were several different options - muffins, bagels, waffles, 2 cereals, hard boiled eggs, and yogurt. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
