It was so run down. We were concerned the elevators would not even work. They look like construction elevators. Walking through the halls nothing looked kept up or clean when we got to the room. It looked OK upon first inspection, but upon further review, everything was filthy the floors, the walls, the bedding everything was disgusting. We had just traveled 10 hours late at night with three children so we sucked it up and stayed, but my children couldn’t wait to get out of there the next day. On top of that there was a convention going on with one of the meeting rooms on our floor, which was fine but quiet time is supposed to start at 10 PM and at midnight it was still very loud. Overall, just a really crappy experience and not worth the money.

1 elevator worked. they opened the service elevator which apparently can only stop on certain floors or else it gets stuck, the lights in the rooms are so low you may as well be blind. i didnt receive checkin instructions til an hour before time ( with the wrong days listed on it) despite a text saying i would receive said instructions to precheckin 3 days in advance. the area around was so safe that not even the ihop had customers. if i thought a charge back would work i would consider it. this place was bad

There was only 1 working elevator for the rather large hotel. We were on the 9th floor so it was quite a pain. The keycard system on your phone is a great idea, but ours was very tricky to unlock the door. It took 5-6-7 times to get it scan correctly.

The hotel is great in the fact that you can check in without electronically, but the property was a bit of a let down. One elevator was working and I stair to the lobby. It took us over 30 minutes to get from the lobby to our room. The tv in the room didn’t work and there were no linens for pull out. When I texted the number for assistance it said they would send someone and no one ever came.

We have never stayed at a self check in hotel. Quite easy to navigate and made the prcess seamless. The room was great and this hotel was beautiful!!

I’m giving 3 stars because overall the room was decent. The room was decently cleaned but I recommend bringing your own wipes and Lysol and the water in the shower continued to drip long after I shut it off. The AC unit also didn’t make the room as cool as it should have for me to have put in on the coolest setting it would go to the room was still too warm. The halls smelled very bad upon arrival and the room wasn’t as bad as the hall way but I’d recommend bringing some candles or something to make the smell in the rooms better. They do have a bar and food I didn’t get any food but the drinks were fine. Also didn’t go to the pool but the lobby was really the nicest area of the hotel it’s very misleading having you thinking it’s going to be something it’s not and only one elevator was working by the time check out came. Somehow a lady bug managed to get into my room but again, overall cleanliness wasn’t terrible could have been better especially the smell of the hallways and my top sheet had a bit of stain.

The perfect place for a staycation! The staff is amazing, down to earth, and helpful. The bar is wonderful and it doesn't matter who the bartender is, they are all great. If only they had jacuzzi rooms, that would put this place over the top!
