We made a reservation at this hotel on December 31, 2025 through the Hotels app.
We went to the hotel by taxi, but when we went upstairs, the hotel owner told us that we had been scammed, that he does not work with the Hotels app, and that there were no available rooms.
After that, I contacted the Hotels app support and explained that we were in this situation and that we had no place to stay. They said they would contact the hotel. They called the hotel owner while we were there, but the owner shouted and said that he only works with Booking. We could not fully understand the conversation because it was in Georgian.
Then the Hotels app told us that if they could not reach the hotel, they would try to arrange another hotel. I agreed, but they could not find any alternative hotel either. They told us to stay somewhere else and send them the invoice so they could cover the hotel cost.
However, we could not find any hotel that night. We are now requesting a full refund. The hotel has not refunded our money and is not responding to us at all. I am not sure whether the Hotels app is also at fault, but we were seriously mistreated.
We were left on the road, we were cold, and our New Year was ruined because of this situation. Our holiday was completely spoiled.
