You’re literally checking in at a bar (no matter at what time you arrive) and they behave more like the night shift at a motel, rather than a professionally managed business hotel. When walking into the hotel, my first thoughts where whether I had walked into a nightclub! But it turned out that this is a fantastic place to stay. The staff are great and always go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay, the rooms are a good size and clean, the breakfast was great and the location is central.

Nice rooms, great breakfast, but unprofessional reception for a hotel in that price category (there’s only a bar and one has to self-check on an iPad and retype ones company name every single time, despite the fact that one stayed on the same hotel multiple times). In addition, I had issues getting a proper business invoice. Last, there’s no gym (the offer to a minor discount on a day ticket in a nearby gym is a joke)

I stay in this hotel regularly because my entire team is based here. The hotel staff and processes, however, behave more like a leisure hotel not a business hotel. The check in process takes long because one had to type in ALL my person data every single time. It’s not possible to just hand over my ID and find me in their system as most business hotels are doing it. That’s why every check in takes 8-10 min. Additional, I regularly have issues with the invoice and their reception staff (which doubles as bartenders because they want to be hip) often don’t have clue about their own invoicing “because that’s done automatically”. Summary: Great breakfast, solid rooms, but really over priced and not suitable for business clients.
