I stay in this hotel regularly because my entire team is based here. The hotel staff and processes, however, behave more like a leisure hotel not a business hotel.
The check in process takes long because one had to type in ALL my person data every single time. It’s not possible to just hand over my ID and find me in their system as most business hotels are doing it. That’s why every check in takes 8-10 min.
Additional, I regularly have issues with the invoice and their reception staff (which doubles as bartenders because they want to be hip) often don’t have clue about their own invoicing “because that’s done automatically”.
Summary: Great breakfast, solid rooms, but really over priced and not suitable for business clients.
