Lovely hotel in tucked away from the business of Parisian life, but with very easy access to the local area and transport links around the city. Staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel and facilities charming, and the room itself comfortable, albeit small (like a lot of hotels in Paris). Would recommend, especially if you prefer to stay in a residential rather than touristy area.

Hotel Piapia was the perfect spot for our city break. The check in process was quick and simple, lots of food options nearby, walkable to public transport, clean rooms. If I was being picky, I would like a larger bath towel but that is the only fault I can find. We will definitely return, thank you!

Excellent Hotel - would recommend

Excellent hotel for price. Very clean and nice staff. 2 mins from underground line 2 and bus routes and 10 min walk to Nation station which serves more underground routes. Underground takes approx 20 mins to centre of Paris so very convenient. Some nice cafes and bistros nearby.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cute boutique hotel in a great area, easy to get around with hired e-bikes nearby. Not sure if you can request a non-smoking room, ours clearly was not as it had a strong smell the whole time. Other than that it was clean. Very small but it’s fine if you are using it as a base.

A night in Paris

I stayed in this hotel during the Olympic city. It is closed to the metro station like 3 mins walk, convenient. The hotel is located in a station around 30mins from Gare du Nord. The hotel is very new and stylished decorated. The room is super nice, clean and has everything you need. Most importantly it has a strong aircon as Paris is boiling in summer. I arrived the hotel earlier than the check in time so I left my luggage at the lobby. I got my room around 10pm, the air on was turned on, absolutely amazing! If you are fine with the location, this is definitely a best choice.

Fantastisk vänlig personal, rena och fina rum.Tysta rum mot innergården. Det känns som ett tryggt område och hela hotellet kändes mycket välkomnande och trevligt. God frukost med urval yoghurt, färsk frukt, ägg och bacon, bröd, pålägg, croissanter, juice, kaffe, te. Kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet för en vistelse i Paris.
