The hot tub was always kept at 40 degrees and was an absolute delight to use. The hotel is very well decorated and looks lovely! The spa is lovely, we used it 2 out of 3 days, hot tubs lovely and warm, also has a cold pool, sauna and steam room, all very good! The Asian restaurant was really good, with great staff and lovely atmosphere, it was full on a Monday evening it’s that nice!! My only negative is they don’t have an electric car charger but they have some in Bowness not far away.

Great hotel in the heart of Windermere, short walk to lake where boats go on the trips and close to shops. Slight hill getting back up to hotel. Lovely cocktail bar, pub and eating areas.
