Nice property w/ 2 exceptions

Good, with 2 exceptions: the bathroom sink is VERY slow to drain. It definitely needs Liquid Plummer, or equivalent. The kitchen stove stove does not have a broiler pan for broiling meat, etc. I understand that broiling adds more potential cleanup issues, but that’s no excuse
