The room was very nice, albeit a bit too pricey. The breakfast was very nice. The property was well kept and the staff did a very nice job cleaning the room. Its location is excellent and parking was included. BUT, the internet was very disappointing. If fast internet is important to you, this is not the place for you. One of the individuals at the front desk conceded (on the phone) that that is a problem. We had a problem getting it at all one night, called, and were assured that their tech guy would be by the next day to check it out, but he never came. We just gave up. Staff at the front desk were not the friendliest in the world, but OK, with the exception of one individual, who said something I did not hear clearly and so I asked her to repeat it. She repeated it VERY loudly - close to screaming it - which I found very offensive, especially as a senior. Some sensitivity training and maturity would go a long way with her. We managed to enjoy our stay, despite the poor internet and rudeness by one individual, but would not stay there again.

The check-in person was not at all friendly, very cold. The rooms are beautiful, very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable. We were only disappointed by the staff around the grounds and in the breakfast bar area nobody’s friendly at all. The breakfast was good but they don’t put fresh food out after 9:30.

Absolutely wonderful! Rooms were great and clean, beds comfortable and the pub was wonderful. Great breakfast and live entertainment at night. Staff was all incredible! You can walk to everything. Highly recommend and one of the best places I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Charming Inn and friendly staff. The room was clean and the decor was beautiful! I had a room w a small balcony, would recommend requesting that - nice place to have coffee or a cocktail! Quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. Fully stocked minibar and fridge. However, our room did not have hot water and asked if it was corrected twice and it was faulted to be not corrected. Also, one of the groundskeeper made a derogatory comment on our way out. Overall, it’s a nice place but it doesn’t deserve the “excellent” rating it has on this app.
