We are waiting for property to come back to us, for the complain of the smell of cigarette in the room. The housekeeper mainly use the fragance spray to spray the room, claiming there is no smell. Next the manager was called to experience herself the small in the room and corridor and the smell is so obvious. Manager add me on wechat, till date there is no response.

這品牌在內地對工作人員的培訓不足 前台登記check in 沒有排隊的概念 由任其他客人亂插隊 亦感受不到任何親切的服務 我們被安排的房間位於頂層的下一層 由晚7點多 一直聽到樓上在拖枱椅的聲音 直至10點半 我們曾經向前台投訴 亦有職上門協助 但亦只表示樓上是餐廳在佈置 就10點半餐廳職員會關門 所以不會影響訓覺罷了 我們對花近千元換來像住在裝修房隔壁感到很不滿 酒店附近只有一小商場解決晚飯 附近幾乎都是地盤 唯一好處有遠望香港水域港珠澳大橋的景觀

地點方便，離上沙站約10分鐘，房間有提供咖啡飲料餅乾，早餐是外包的餐廳略為普通，但是景色不錯。有一位服務人員張小娜，提供的服務特別好，反應了一下房間的枕頭太軟，立刻提供方案幫我們更換枕頭，打掃的很乾淨床鋪得很舒服，符合了住戶的需求，印象很好。櫃檯人員也都能夠提供即時的幫助，態度也很親切，整體感受都不錯。
