The room was lovely and clean but some things especially in the bathroom were tired, toilet roll holder was hanging off, the lock on the bathroom door fell off and the painting behind the sink was flaking off. The bed was lovely and clean and comfortable as was the seating area and kitchen. It was disappointing that we were only give 2 coffee pods for 2 of us and we were staying for 2 nights. We did however use the coffee shop downstairs which was lovely but you shouldn’t have to when you pay the price of the room. The rest of the stay was great, it was quiet in a good location

The decor has a style and originality, the room was clean, comfortable, and the whole place has a beautiful smell. I had a garden room, which is quiet, if a little dark. I loved this hotel. 6 night stay in March. I was upgraded to a loft suite (thank you!). King bed powder room in upstairs bedroom. Kitchen, Nespresso machine. My place faced the street but was utterly quiet. Loved everything about it. Only one suggestion. A reading light somewhere? I've recommended and will, I hope, return.
