We went to a music festival and hotels were limited when I booked it, which was to be expected. I called customer service and attempted to settle with just a bed. The lady that was working there seemed very overworked and overextended considering she was the only one working there. The owners of the property don’t seem to be properly keeping up with the hotel. According to her, the plumbing was also broken. When we got to the room there was a bug on the pillow, a bug on the curtain, no toilet paper, no towels, none of the plugs were working, a broken window and the AC wasn’t turned even when we came back. At the end we decided not to stay
