It was difficult to communicate with the host, and I only received the check-in instructions after multiple messages and after involving Expedia for assistance.
Additionally, at 11:15 am—fifteen minutes after the official check-out time—as we were preparing to leave, the host abruptly cut the electricity to the air conditioning and main electrical devices (except for the lighting) instead of politely and directly requesting that we vacate the property.
The shower was also extremely dirty in the corners, the soap stand was broken, and no shampoo was provided (the cleaner informed us we should use the shower gel as shampoo). Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was barely functional and struggled to cool the room.
