A Phenomenal Stay at Turquoise Freeze Rating: ★★★★★ (5 out of 5 stars) I had the most incredible stay at Turquoise Freeze, a charming property owned by Nicholas and Theresa. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional level of comfort and attention to detail provided by the owners. It was an absolute pleasure to be their guest. The cleanliness of Turquoise Freeze was impeccable. The property was spotless, and it was evident that Nicholas and Theresa took great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. It created a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Speaking of home, the comfort level at Turquoise Freeze was unparalleled. The mattress in my room was a dream, and I slept like a baby every night. Nicholas and Theresa truly thought of everything, ensuring that every aspect of the accommodations was designed for maximum comfort. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to relax and recharge in such a cozy and inviting space. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness extended to every aspect of my stay. It was clear that Nicholas and Theresa went above and beyond to ensure that their guests had an unforgettable experience. Unsafe, boring… no amenities

The place is spacious and has 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms which is good. However the amenities are zero!!! Not family friendly at all as far as amenities are concerning. Can’t use the pool although they have a pool. I had to literally go and pay another night in a nearby hotel just to get my kids in the pool as they wanted to be in a pool. The bathroom downstairs doesn’t drain. We happened to check the downstairs sliding doors after our 3rd night there just making sure everything was closed and the sliding door wouldn’t lock.. When we called about this matter they told us it was something they could fix until the next day. Not an emergency for them. When they finally went the next day they texted us to say that the lock worked perfectly fine. Lies!!! I had to take a video to proof that the lock in fact did not work!!! They made us feel so uncomfortable and the customer service was horrible!! No apologies, nothing. It’s like they only want your money and that’s it, who cares about safety, who cares if anything happens, in the property that should’ve been taken care of before we got there.. they said why you mentioned this now until the 3rd night? because that’s when i checked it, by chance! It’s not my job or responsibility to make sure YOUR property is SAFE, as in all door locks work! Needless to say I will NEVER NEVER NEVER stay there again!!
