The hotel rooms weren’t very clean, nor were the hallways. The staff was mixed in helpfulness. Had to ask multiple staff for help before issues were resolved.

Nice clean up to date hotel and rooms, i love the bathroom mirror super elegant bathroom- room has fridge and microwave. I had the suite and it was worth it. I would probably stay there again I just really dislike the breakfast bar the morning i was there. Idk if it’s the same every morning but my morning it was poor options and no effort- i dont eat pork and they only had pork sausage and pork bacon and tons of bread options bagels, toast, rolls muffins like more starch than protein… oh & juice.. overall nice stay if you don’t care about breakfast

Dude at the desk was terrible. Very unhelpful and better suited to work that doesn’t involve interacting with people. Other than that, ok

Newer hotel, clean, comfortable rooms, quiet hotel. Pool area was great! Lobby area was large and a great gathering space. Easy free parking. Breakfast options were basic.

Everything was good with the place. It was that they put a pending hold on 96 dollars. They said it was a mistake because my card was passed on the wrong terminal. I spoke to the manager and first of all she was so rude she told me that i had to understand that it was a mistake and that if i didn't like it that she could refund me my money that same day but that I would have to check out immediately. I told he that i had already paid for a 2 day and she said well.if you are not satisfied you can call EXPEDIA and have them refund you your money. She said that she would give them the approval code once they requested it. She was talking to me very rude and in a load way Then I told her I was recording her on my sons phone and she began telling me. Im recording you too. At the end she just told me that That money was not charged it was just pending that ONCE I CHECKED OUT THE MONEY WAS GOING TO BE IN MY ACCOUNT AND THAT IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL. The problem was not even the money. The problem was the way she spoke to me and the way she handled the situation. I ask her that if she was telling me she was going to refund my money back that same day but I Had to CHECKOUT EVEN HAVE 2 DAYS BOOKED why couldn't she just offer an apology and fix her mistake and just refund me back the 96 dollars and that was that. All She said now was that she COULDN'T DO THAT. SO AT THE END I STAYED FOR MY 2 DAYS they didn't fix the problem and that Was money that I couldn't use in my travels how inconven
