Clean space. Friendly on site crew. Great view. Communication unprofessional and beyond hard to navigate. Difficult to get clear answers while jumping through multiple communication channels. Check in instructions haphazardly compiled to result in confusion and stress. Check out instructions simple and to the point. But only when those communication channels previously mentioned are streamlines. Which my experience was not. Received unhelpful attitude while painfully sorting out a discrepancy on late check out request day of check out, within minutes of said timing. Resulted in poor outlook of both app and accommodation back to me. And also resulted in ruined personal belongings. Costly simple mistakes overall ruining my outlook of the entire experience.

Everything is great about the apartment. The only issue is the television that loses its internet connection and there is no way to fix it. It’s the TV and not the WiFi - other devices like phones and computers connect fine to the WiFi.

The title "Lillian st" is misleading. Several places listed and the one we got was farther south than Lillian st. Very awkward way to get the key- had to go to a 7-11 several blocks away to use codes to obtain key from key cafe. Parking is only in public lots and a bit expensive. Once in the place it was fine- quiet, clean and comfortable. A little run down- bathroom door handle came off!

The property is in an area with no other hotels - so it was great to find accommodation near my meetings. The furnishings in the condo are sub-standard, uncomfortable, and not suitable for business travel. There was no desk, no storage for clothing except for closet hangers, the beds, bedding, and pillows were all sub-standard for even low-tier hotels, and seating was abysmal. an uncomfortable couch, in front of a small tv made it impossible to wind down after a long day of work. The worst part is the sound from outside, which is a loud, mid-pitch HVAC hum that envelops the room when trying to sleep. I would not return to this hotel, and I will be way of staying in a GlobalStay again. I appreciate being able to stay in a beautiful condo building, but this is not even close to mid-tier hotel stay of at the same price point. As well, the listing was not up front about parking fees, nor the specifics about needing to disclose ID prior to check-in or the significant damage fees held on credit card which they withhold for two weeks.

We spent almost an hour trying to gain access to the unit. We were given a non-existent code. We literally could not get into the room and were stranded on the street. No calls were answered and it took 10-15 minutes for texts to be answered with such helpful responses as "I don't understand", "what code", and the best "I don't understand. Please provide code and video"! Video? Horrible experience overall.

Getting rm keys & leaving them almost really bad

The place was simple and clean. Comfy bed. Good for short stay.... But I won't be again. You have to head to parking for FOB & keys in lockbox, but the areas where box is locks out out of the building. So you have to head up stairs (if unlocked) into an adjacent building and reenter. To check out you leave keys in lock box but but same problem. This time all exit doors were mag locked. So had to follow a car up and exit 3 floors above through ramp. The call to concierge was ineffective since after several attempts to help she hung up. None of this is documented or expected. So if you want a run around and confusion, this is the place to stay.

I was delighted to see the apartment pictures online because it had everything I needed. I was so excited to be in Canada. Upon arriving, everything was perfectly arranged and tidy. We arrived late, and I was exhausted as I prepared to go to bed. I noticed the quilts and covers hadn't been washed in all three rooms. They were neatly arranged, but the pillows reeked of grease, clearly left behind by the previous tenant. They were incredibly dirty. I found a lot of short, thin hairs on the bedside table. The quilt and mattress cover were also covered with fine hair. It was awful, and I almost felt like vomiting. I tried to find some clean covers in another room. Since it was only two nights, I endured it. I also tried to get my friend to do the same. I didn't even use a quilt; I brought a bath towel to cover myself. It was terrible. I tried to wash my clothes, but the washing machine and dryer were stinking, and there were some leftover covers in them. It was a terrible experience. I definitely won't choose an apartment or B&B again. The beds should be comfortable and clean, but they were the worst. The furnishings were cozy, and the pictures were attractive, but unfortunately, I won't be choosing one again.

Decent lodging where you can lay your head. Not a great location for families. There was one tv in the whole apartment. Missing amenities are tedious to get addressed. Highly recommended arranging your own parking. On site parking app is drastically cheaper than what Global Stay will charge you, if you go through them. Wouldn't stay again.

Checking is all done through whats app message, and you have to provide and specify the number of guests, pets, car if parking, a picture of you with your ID and make security deposit payment prior to checking in via paypal. Checking experience was a total hustle. They overcoplicated something thats is usualy very simple. Then, once you do all that, they will send you instructions as of where to get the keys to the property which is in the parking garage at a locker with a key. For the check out you need to let them know via message what time you are leaving if not, you will be charged $30/per hour until you let them know you've checked out. Other than all that, the apartment was clean, and organized, great neighbour with lots of dinning option. I wouldnt stay there again though.
