Fabulous resort. Did two days. Pool and restaurant were great . Room was even better with two floors and rooftop jacuzzi . Staff were attentive and very nice . Highly recommend 2-3 days or at least a day trip .

Nice facilities!

The facilities are amazing! What made me happy, was to see that the hotel and employes take care of the dogs of the island. I hope they have a program to castrate the female, so they keep healthy. It was joyfull to have them with us! Amazing pool, restaurant and the rooms are also super cosy with nice furniture.

Peaceful Retreat

An amazing peaceful resort that reminded me of my stays on small islands in Fiji without the 14 hour flight. Communication from hotel is great. They tell you to meet at a tent on the beach and helpful boat staff take care of all luggage. Some mention the boat ride is rough, but for us both directions was a pleasant ride. Staff greet you upon arrival at island. Check in was easy and fast. We staying in the villa that overlooks the water. Private pool is clean and everything in room is perfect. Important to know that this resort is a day club. Stayed 3 nights and generally about 10-20 people come from 11-5. Before 11 and after 5 we had the entire resort to ourselves or would see at most 4 other guests. Food in restuarant was excellent. There are 6 dogs they live on property. If you hate dogs the staff will chase them away, but we were the opposite and they are super cute. One spent the night with us and kids will enjoy the small friendly dogs. Read the fine print about where your lounge chairs will be. As a hotel guest, you are below the pool, in front of a wall before the beach because the pool chairs are for day club guests. 3 of 4 days we were given great spots at the pool and only 1 day placed on the sand. Service is excellent, but almost no English if you care about that. Overall; incredible room and property. Alone at restaurant for breakfast, nice people come for the day and then deserted late afternoon once again.

Hospedagem para relaxar

O café da manhã é maravilhoso. O quarto tem muito conforto, cama boa, jogo de lençol maravilhoso. A piscina é lindíssima e perfeita. O chuveiro não esquenta muito, ele esquenta e para. A chegada no hotel é direto no mar, não é algo que achei ruim, mas um aviso quando agendamos a lancha seria interessante, assim a gente se prepara melhor para se molhar. A praia é uma delícia. O almoço, petiscos na piscina e o jantar são pagos. Média dos pratos 60.000. Ao todo na nossa estadia de 3 dias gastamos 1.200.000 Tivemos uma noite de chuva intensa e nosso quarto teve muitas goteiras, mas a equipe nos mudou de quarto e foram ágeis. A jacuzzi que tem no quarto é uma delícia.

Todo estuvo prerfecto en la estancia , limpio bonito y el personal muy amable. La comida deliciosa y llenador. Solo el telefono no sirvio no podiamos pedir a la habitacion y no lo pudieron arreglar xq si fueron. El transporte de ida en la lancha era personal nuevo que estaba aprendiendo y casi nos volteamos varias veces, iba muy rapido y todavia no sabia agarrar las olas bien. En la lancha de regreso no tuvimos ningun percance.

Este hotel en una isla es el lugar perfecto para desconectar de la ciudad y disfrutar de la tranquilidad frente al mar. Aunque durante el día la música suena fuerte en algunas áreas, hay lugares más tranquilos para relajarse. El servicio es excelente y, aunque las opciones gastronómicas son limitadas, la comida es de buena calidad. Las áreas públicas son lindas y acogedoras, ideales para pasar el tiempo, y las cabañas son amplias, limpias, bien equipadas y cuentan con una terraza privada muy agradable. Un excelente destino para disfrutar con amigos o pareja, aunque no es muy adecuado para familias.

Hotel is nice, clean and safe, they would benefit from a gym and getting wifi to work on the roof of the premium rooms (where the jacuzzi and outdoor areas are). Unfortunately dining, customer service & management is lacking. Every single day the hotel ran out of food and drinks. The staff did nothing to resolve issues, rather just walked away quickly, made excuses or stood there saying nothing. During our stay the hotel ran out of STILL WATER, Coke Zero, pizza bases, ham, beef, deserts, other ingredients in cocktails on their menu. These problems happened EVERY day and eventually we met with the quality service manager, who did give us a free dinner, which was appreciated, however he just made more excuses rather than solving issues. Apparently it is the “hotel’s” fault, not any individual… One day we ordered our own food and drink from Cartagena for delivery, which proves getting supplies isn’t that hard, but nobody at the hotel was able to make this happen. Boats run every hour from Cartagena and staff on both sides? We ordered a drink off their menu only for staff to come back 20 minutes later and say they don’t have all the ingredients, then walk away without offering an alternative. We would come back if they got fixed these issues, but with an experience like this, if these issues aren’t resolved, we’d prefer to go back to Punta Faro on Mucura instead of come back here. Facility is luxury but service is far from it. Fix the problems and we would return.
